Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Roshan Water website at roshanwater.com, the public forms provided on the website, and information you send directly to Roshan Water through the published contact channels.

This policy is dated February 21, 2021. The processing inventory on this page reflects a review of the website application code on August 1, 2026. That implementation check is not a new legal effective date and does not replace owner or legal approval of the policy.

Roshan Water may ask for information that can be used to contact or identify you when you submit a website form or communicate directly with the company. Required and optional fields are identified on each form.

Contact inquiry

First and last name, email, subject, message, and optional organization and phone number.

Product quote

First and last name, work email, organization, selected model, purchase timeframe, sector, workflow message, and optional phone number and estimated testing volume.

Replacement kits

First and last name, email, requested number of ten-kit sets, order notes, and optional organization and phone number.

Career introduction

First and last name, email, area of interest, introduction message, and optional organization, LinkedIn URL, and HTTPS résumé or portfolio URL.

Direct communication

The address, message, and other information you choose to include when contacting Roshan Water by email or through a third-party channel.

Roshan Water uses submitted information to respond to requests, route inquiries to the relevant conversation, support product and business relationships, provide requested materials, and maintain appropriate website-submission records.

Form consent records that you agreed Roshan Water may use the information to respond to the specific request. This page does not introduce broader marketing or profiling uses.

After server-side validation, accepted public-form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. The stored record includes the submitted fields, consent, submission type, status, timestamps, and an assigned retention-review date. The Turnstile token is removed before the submission payload is stored.

The application provides an administrative submission inbox for internal review. Production access is designed to require an authenticated Cloudflare Access identity. Authorized users can review the record and update its workflow status.

When website email delivery and a staff recipient are configured, the application may send the submitted fields to Roshan Water staff and may send a receipt email to the visitor. Delivery identifiers, status, attempts, and limited error information are recorded with the submission.

For product quote requests only, the application may also send selected request details to a configured Roshan Water Telegram chat. Generic contact, replacement-kit, career, and guide requests are not configured for Telegram delivery in the reviewed code.

Cloudflare and any configured email or messaging provider process information as needed to host the website, store the submission, verify the request, or deliver a notification. Provider processing is also governed by the provider’s own applicable terms and privacy information.

When Turnstile is configured, the form loads a widget from challenges.cloudflare.com and receives a short-lived verification token. The Roshan Water server sends that token, a random validation identifier, and—when available—the request’s CF-Connecting-IP value to Cloudflare’s Siteverify API before accepting the form.

Cloudflare describes Turnstile as processing browser and request signals for bot detection and service improvement. Roshan Water does not store the Turnstile token in the form-submission payload.

The application source reviewed on August 1, 2026 does not add first-party analytics, advertising scripts, browser local storage, or browser session storage. Hosting and security infrastructure may still process request and diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the website.

When Turnstile is configured, Cloudflare processes the signals and any strictly necessary storage described in its Turnstile privacy information. If Roshan Water later adds analytics, advertising technology, or other measurement tools, this section should be reviewed before those tools are enabled.

The application assigns each accepted form submission a retention-review date one year after receipt. The current code does not automatically delete the record when that date arrives, so this policy does not promise automatic one-year deletion.

A specific deletion schedule or request procedure requires owner and legal confirmation together with an enforceable operational process. You may contact Roshan Water about a specific submission using the privacy contact below; this page does not promise a particular outcome or response period.

The reviewed application validates same-origin form requests, verifies Turnstile tokens when configured, stores accepted submissions in D1, and restricts the production administration surface through authenticated access controls.

No internet transmission or electronic storage method is completely secure. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

The website may link to services not operated by Roshan Water. Roshan Water does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy policies, or practices. Review the privacy information of each external service you visit.

The website is not directed to anyone under 18. Roshan Water does not knowingly collect personal information from children. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information should contact Roshan Water so it can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

Roshan Water may update this Privacy Policy from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. A revised effective or reviewed date should be published only after the corresponding policy has been approved.
