During the Warranty Period, Roshan Water Solutions may repair or replace defective VeloCens products, components, or parts at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
The appropriate remedy is determined by Roshan Water Solutions.
This warranty does not promise a particular remedy, eligibility decision, or turnaround time before the issue is reviewed.
